Pilates

Pilates is a method of strengthening deep muscles to improve posture and body awareness. The movements are synchronized with breathing. Concentration is essential in this practice. Can be practiced with or without equipment.
Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and sporty style of Yoga where different series of postures are fluidly combined. The movements are also synchronized with breathing. The class begins with breathing exercises and ends with the practice of a meditation to let the body infuse the practice.
Yin Yoga or Gentle Yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle, introspective practice that promotes inner calm and deep stretching of connective tissues. The postures are held for between 3 and 5 minutes to find relaxation in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body.
Muscle strengthening

The muscle strengthening course makes the body stronger, more resistant, mobile and functional.
Cardio training

The cardio training class helps strengthen the cardiovascular system, lose weight and improve performance. I use HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) or Tabata techniques.
Meditation/Sonotherapy

Meditation is a mental and bodily practice that involves focusing attention to promote relaxation and mental clarity. Accompanied by sound therapy which is sound and vibration therapy to relieve the mind, emotions and physical body. This is done lying down or sitting on a yoga mat.
